It truly is a paradise for outdoor recreation and Kualoa offers guided tours by several forms of transportation from Electric Mountain Bikes, ATV’s, Zipline, Horseback, Trolley, Bus, Boat to Kayak, Jeep, Catamaran … or you can walk 😅! . We took the Jeep (but I’d like to go on horseback the next time around!) and boy oh boy! If this place looks familiar to you it’s because Kualoa Ranch is most famous for being the movie location for over 70 Hollywood movies since the 1950s – Jumanji, Kong Skull Island, Pearl Harbour, Godzilla, 50 First Dates and of course … Jurassic Park! . TV shows like Hawaii Five-O, Magnum P.I. and LOST have also used the amazing backdrops of Kualoa. What makes this place so awe-inspiring is the unique rock formation that just takes your breath away!
